Children will have individual targets set for them each year based on both their prior attainment and high expectations for all for the progress they will make. We support all children to meet their targets through challenging teaching, high expectations, and enriching opportunities. We use a range of assessment information and teacher insight to recognise high potential, and we provide stretch and challenge within lessons, alongside clubs, competitions, and wider learning experiences. Regular monitoring ensures pupils continue to excel, and we work closely with families to help every learner reach their full potential.
